As the proud owner of Simple Truth Counseling Center, I focus on finding the simple truth for all! I believe in meeting people where they are, seeking solutions and using problem-solving methods for daily life issues. Treatment is tailored to meet specific needs, through the use of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and EMDR. View 6 Photos Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing(EMDR) is a cutting edge alternative to talk therapy. EMDR helps the brain to get "unstuck." Additionally, I am a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator and a certified Special Education Teacher, that help couples investigate, "where it all went wrong", and guide children and parents through challenging behaviors.
