Through this process, together we will gain insight into your presenting concerns and work to take steps towards a more healthy, meaningful life. Therapy is not one size fits all. I believe in an integrative collaborative counseling approach, pulling from a variety of evidence based research that tailors treatment to each individual’s preferences, values, and goals.
