Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed? For nearly 15 years, I have specialized in helping clients navigate transitions and cultivate hope. I intend to create an environment of compassion, connection, and healing, which allows you to grow and thrive. I have training and a passion for working with Perinatal Mood Disorders and specialize in EMDR for perinatal trauma, including loss. As an Approved Consultant, I also provide consultation to EMDR therapists completing foundational hours or seeking certification. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies in my practice. I am Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and have my certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I also use DBT and NARM to help you with learning healthy ways to cope, improve relationships, and heal yourself. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).
