Hi, I’m Kira (she/her) —a sex therapist, clinical social worker, and educator with over 15 years of experience supporting adults in building more connected, confident, and compassionate relationships with their bodies, identities, and intimate lives. I work w individuals and people in relationships of all different identities and experiences who want to increase their overall quality of life, and access to connection. Sometimes this includes working on more mental health focused work like anxiety, or depression, while other times it might include specific sexuality related goals.
