I strive to join with my client where they are, hear their story or process of thinking, and then offer support while they embrace their current struggle or situation. Then I help empower them to find answers from their own strengths that align with their beliefs and existing skills. I teach and help clients practice new skills when needed. My focus throughout our work together is to assure my client they are not alone in their struggle and they can heal and feel whole once again.
