I believe in therapy as a cathartic process: the more you let yourself come apart in session, the more free and resilient you'll feel out of session. I want to help you have that space to be your unfiltered self. We work collaboratively to re-examine your past so you can have more control over your present. Gaining insight into your unconscious beliefs and motivations lets you make intentional choices about who you want to be. As we engage in this process together, empathy is essential. I wholeheartedly embrace the paradox that accepting yourself as you are helps bring about the change that you want.
