Going through tough times alone is difficult and daunting. I am a big believer in finding human connection and support through working together, identifying your challenges, and striving toward meaningful change. I want to share tools to help you manage negative internal dialogue, emotion regulation, and boundary-setting in order to allow healing in the setting of a strong therapeutic relationship. I enjoy working with children and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma, as well as those challenged by changing life experiences.
