I specialize working with adolescent girls, men, and women navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, toxic mother-daughter relationships, intimacy struggles, boundary setting, self-sabotaging behaviors, and learning to love and care for themselves. So often, we carry many roles, caretaker, friend, partner, family member, student, professional, and in doing so, we forget to take care of the person at the center of it all: ourselves.
