I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can process emotions, build confidence, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help individuals and couples break free from patterns that no longer serve them so they can move forward with clarity, connection, and resilience. My journey into therapy was driven by a deep fascination with the human mind (soul), emotions, and personal growth. After working in the business world, I went back to school to realize my dream.
