Hi! I'm Kirby, and I'm glad you're here! If you're looking for a safe space to find validation, encouragement, and healing, I'm here for you. I strive to create a space that’s warm, validating, and collaborative — where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself. I work with teens and adults, with a special focus on college students and young adults. My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) where we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and find practical strategies to help you feel more in control. If desired, I also offer Christian counseling and can integrate faith into our sessions in a way that aligns with your values.
