I consider myself to be a tenacious therapist whose goal is to help clients find relief from prevalent mental health symptoms quickly. I specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. LISW. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as dialectical behavior therapy and utilize unconditional positive regard paired with a person-centered approach to illicit positive outcomes in therapy. I emphasize meeting clients where they are free of judgment and then partnering with them to identify and address areas for growth resulting in maintained sobriety and mental health wellness.
