I enjoy working with adult women experiencing challenges with recovery from Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault/Abuse/Trauma, life transitions and pet loss. Asian-American, Latina and Pacific Islanders are clients who have found a positive connection with me. I am a lifelong pet owner. Clients who prefer a trauma-informed approach, with feminist, eclectic, EMDR, person-centered influences would likely find working with me to be a good fit. I am currently accepting telehealth clients in Hawai’i or California. I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments and am available for new clients. I like to think of therapy as a chance to "empty our cup". Oftentimes life becomes busy, overwhelming and overflowing. I like to provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to be able to explore and express themselves. I find satisfaction in helping people who thought, "I would never go to therapy!" and having them become clients ready for healing.
