Being a highly sensitive person is not a weakness but an empathic strength. I explore guilt, shame inadequacy & fear that causes "analysis paralysis." I analyze unhealthy habits. I teach clients to build trust & reconnect with a traumatic body that no longer trusts. I am an empath, highly sensitive person, highly educated and experienced therapist. Building a therapeutic bond of trust is the first element of treatment. I start our sessions with psycho-education, emotional support and mixed modalities to address each of your concerns and throughout treatment I elevate your progress based on your personal needs.
