Whether dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, or interpersonal turmoil my goal is to help place you firmly in the driver’s seat of your own life. I approach therapy as a collaborative effort and my aim is to assist each individual in more fully becoming the person that they would like to be. Oftentimes this process involves honesty, courage, persistence, and a willingness to let go of that which no longer serves our best interest.
