People often come to therapy when familiar efforts keep repeating without producing change. The ways they learned to manage life once made sense, even worked, but no longer fit their present reality. My work focuses on understanding how these patterns formed, what keeps them in place, and how to loosen them. This includes addressing unresolved experiences that continue to shape reactions outside of awareness and developing more flexible, intentional ways of responding. The aim is durable change that supports clarity, responsibility, and living with greater coherence.
