About

I see therapy as a place to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself. My training at UNC Chapel Hill and UT Austin gave me a strong foundation, but what matters most is creating a compassionate space where you can feel fully seen and supported. I work with adults navigating relationships, life transitions, social anxiety, and the everyday stress of being human. My approach draws from mindfulness, DBT, and meditation practices, alongside eco-therapy. I believe that reconnecting with the body, the breath, and even the natural world can open new possibilities for healing. I especially love helping people who struggle with perfectionism, self-esteem, or identity questions. Therapy with me is collaborative and non-judgmental—we’ll look at what keeps you stuck while also cultivating acceptance, resilience, and self-compassion.
