I would like to welcome you to therapy. I know it can be challenging to find a good fit with a therapist, and my hope is to make this easier for you. My goal in working with clients is to meet you where you are at and help you find ways to manage stressors in a healthier way. Growing up, I never felt that I had a voice or that my feelings mattered. As I grew up, I knew that I wanted to work in a field where I could help people, which is what led me to this work. It is important to me that you feel heard, understood, and have a voice.
