Hello! I’m Kirsten, a clinical social worker and mental health therapist. In our sessions you will be greeted with a calm energy and welcomed into a safe, non-judgmental space where you can get help coping with life’s challenges. I primarily treat anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Disorder, anger and trauma. I also offer couples therapy. I have been very effective in helping numerous couples improve communication, increase understanding, address trust issues, attend to problems with family members and more. You will be provided a confidential space to vent, process thoughts and emotions and learn about science based therapeutic methods and practical tools. These can help you change ineffective behavioral patterns, manage difficult emotions, heal from grief, and navigate relationships.
