Are you often overwhelmed and perplexed by your child’s behavior? Do you feel at times that you and your child lack the necessary tools to communicate and thrive? Being a parent and a child in today’s day is no easy feat. Feeling supported and having the necessary roadmap is key. Everyday as adults we face a variety of challenges that can often seem overwhelming, exhausting, and frustrating. Children and teens are not exempt from these feelings or struggles and can often act out in confusing and overwhelming ways when they are trying to cope and communicate. View 6 Photos Play is the inherent language of children and I provide a safe space for your child to explore, understand, and express themselves. My role as a registered play therapist is to empathetically help your child to understand their own emotions and provide them with the tools to better navigate their world through play and expressive arts.
