At my core, I’m a warm, caring, and deeply invested counselor who believes that real change happens when you feel both supported and challenged in just the right balance. My style is a blend of compassion and straightforward honesty—I’m known to be blunt when it’s needed, silly or sarcastic when it helps lighten the emotional load, and solution-focused when you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and do the work.
