I’m so glad you’ve taken the courageous step to seek support for yourself or someone you care about, and honored you've found your way here. Over the years, I’ve worked in both outpatient mental health and substance use treatment settings, as well as crisis prevention and intervention, supporting clients with a wide range of needs — from anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders to life transitions and relationship challenges. For the past four years, I’ve been in private practice, working with kids, teens, adults, and couples. I am independently licensed in MD, DC, VA, and MN and in-network with many insurances.
