Hi there! Starting therapy can be a big step, and it’s important to find someone you feel safe and connected with. I work to create a space where you don’t have to explain or shrink who you are and where your identity, experiences, and emotions are met with care and curiosity, not judgment. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for working alongside LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients as they explore identity, mental health, and healing. I support those navigating gender and sexuality, life transitions, anxiety, and self-esteem. I prioritize an affirming, sex-positive approach to mental and emotional wellness.
