Hi! I work with those who feel deeply—whether they’re grieving, anxious, exploring identity, or carrying the weight of everyday life. They may be untangling the past, navigating relationship struggles, or seeking a stronger sense of self. What they share is a desire for connection, clarity, and authenticity. Many of my clients want to feel more grounded and emotionally aligned, to find meaning in their experiences, and to show up more fully in their lives and relationships. They want a space to express all emotions—messy, beautiful, painful, and joyful—without judgment, and are ready to grow, even if they’re unsure where to begin. I offer a compassionate, open, humorous, collaborative space for clients navigating grief, anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents, including LGBTQIA+ clients. Using a person-centered, emotion-focused approach, we’ll explore your story to help you live more authentically.
