This is your place to be intentional and curious. I move beyond heady self-awareness into body-led integration; Learning that it's safe to be with your discomfort and feel your feelings are my priority. Instead of feeling at the whim of your thoughts, we can teach your body to interrupt the automatic interpretations, untangle past and present, reassign meaning, and create new emotional habits. I encourage practices like mindfulness, connections that prioritize presence (including with yourself), and conscious media consumption. I offer individual and family therapy.
