Very rarely, if at all, does life go as planned. Having to deal with unmet expectations can feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. My ultimate goal is to enter that sacred space and help sort out some of those questions so you can truly grasp who you are and who you want to become. Helping you overcome trauma, grief, anxiety, and relationship concerns is my top priority. For sessions, I offer trauma informed therapy, play therapy and talk therapy strategies to assist individuals toward their goals.
