Many of my clients face trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relational challenges, or draining patterns. I meet you where you are and support the goals that matter most to you. My approach centers on recognizing your unique strengths while helping you navigate the challenges that may be holding you back from living the life you truly want. I love working with children, youth, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, and traumatic brain injuries. Using TF-CBT and EMDR, I provide a supportive space to heal, grow, and build resilience. I also teach graduate psychology courses, keeping my approach fresh, grounded, and meaningful.
