Kirsty is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who offers a person-centered, individualized approach to treatment that combines Strategic Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Mindfulness. Kirsty has experience working with individuals from all walks of life. She completed her internship working with children and families using a variety of approaches and has spent the past several years working with individuals in the young adult population. Kirsty works with children, adults, couples and families.
