My focus is on working with adults who are transitioning through personal and relationship challenges. They may be learning to cope with painful events (divorce, infidelity, loss of a loved one, or life-limiting medical diagnosis). They may also be struggling with emotional suffering from recurring episodes of anxiety, depression, or trauma. They aspire to find comfort in their daily life, reduction in emotional suffering, have greater self-confidence, and have motivation to succeed.
