I want to support individuals in finding the tools to help navigate, redirect, and reorient their lives. I approach mental health like it is physical health. We go to doctors when something is wrong, but we also go for wellness checks and do preventative care. Therapy should be no different. Do most people come to therapy when there is a problem? Sure.
