Often times we face obstacles or have setbacks that may get in the way of reaching our fullest potential or living a more satisfying life which can impact our emotional health. At T.E.A.L Therapy and Holistic Care, my goal as a clinician is to empower clients, by fostering growth and change in order to help them live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop insight and the necessary tools and skills to help manage their own emotional health. My therapeutic approach is best characterized by warmth, flexibility, openness, solution-focused, and cultural sensitivity.
