As a graduate from Troy University with a bachelor’s in psychology and master’s degree in clinical Mental Health. As your licensed professional counselor (LPC), who has been practicing in induvial therapy and community mental health for almost five years. I specialize in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, PTSD, and bipolar disorder and more with men, women, my fellow Veterans and our LGBTQIA+ community. I engage in theoretical approaches of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), reality therapy.
