Aloha, my name is Kit Hill and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Hawai’i. I work mostly online via telehealth. I work with older adolescents and adults who are looking for help with anger management, anxiety, and addressing their trauma. My focus is on empowering you and helping trauma survivors regain their sense of worth. I use active listening, modeling, and awareness techniques to help you become aware of what isn’t working for you. I teach breathing techniques, I encourage the use of coping devices, and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques.
