I love working with the alternative crowd. People who have been judged for their looks, interests, sexuality, or spiritual beliefs are all welcomed. I help people heal their trauma, understand themself better, or clarify their purpose in life. I firmly believe that you are not broken, you have been turned upside down and are learning how to grow into your new self. I'm honored to walk down that path of discovery with you. I work with all ages. My room is divided into a calming space for adults and a magical playroom for kids. For kids, I work with trauma, school behaviors, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and anger management. I use a blend of existential, narrative, expressive arts, and feminist theory. I also like to include meditations, grounding, and affirmations into your healing. For littles, I use child-centered play therapy (CCPT) and cognitive-behavioral (CBT). CBT connects emotions to thoughts and behaviors. CCPT gives the child control and guides them to a resolution.
