Dr. Kity D. Laboriel is a Florida licensed clinical psychologist with both a wide and deep range of experience providing services to children, adults and families. For the last years, Dr. Laboriel worked as the Mental Health Specialist for the Head Start and Early Head Start Program in Broward County Public Schools. She believes that early identification and intervention is imperative to the prospect for success in life. This is particularly important with the significant increase in developmental delays in early childhood, behavioral disorders, and pervasive developmental concerns such as Autism. Dr. Laboriel is a former psychology supervisor for students seeking internship and post-doctoral experience. Her main interest relates to psychological testing for children ages 3-19 including evaluations for the gifted student, and assessments to identify developmental and learning disorders. Testing is conducted in a caring and nurturing environment and in a timely manner.
