Life can be chaotic and challenging. There are times when we hit roadblocks and detours in the road and need someone to come alongside for support. I am a bilingual (English/Japanese) licensed mental health counselor and have over 10 years of experience helping people unpack old unwanted patterns while building a more empowered mind. I had the privilege to work extensively with active duty Marines and Sailors and their family members in the last six years. Now I am ready to work with clients utilizing the knowledge and skills I acquired through serving people who served our country facing life and various emotional challenges.
