Does it feel like old patterns are no longer serving you? Are you struggling to feel satisfied in your relationships? Sometimes, without even realizing it, the people in your life may have you convinced that how you used to be is how you always have to be. Sometimes it can feel like you aren't allowed to make changes. You can easily get locked into life roles that don't fit you anymore because it often feels hard to imagine life could be different. I believe that therapy is about getting to know yourself and what you need in the present. It is also about seeing what's possible for the future. As your therapist, my goal will be to understand who you are right now, how you got here, and where you might go next. I believe we are all capable of self-discovery and renewed purpose when given room to explore in a nonjudgemental space. I hope to make this process feel approachable and supportive for you, every step of the way.
