Kizzy Rose, an award-winning LMHC and Qualified Supervisor, helps adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, she also serves as a Board Member for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and mentors master’s-level clinicians. Outside of work, Kizzy enjoys traveling, spending time with her son, and discovering new restaurants. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing techniques, Solution Focused Therapy and mindfulness are some of the clinical approaches that are used in her practice.
