Currently not accepting new clients. Clients come to therapy in states of deep pain, suffering and confusion. Initially, much of our work together focuses on sitting in that pain, validating the hurts and learning about your unique resilience. Pain and suffering can be great portals to self-awareness. Then from a position of greater self-confidence and self-worth, you can not only ease your suffering but start creating a life that feels full and valid to you.
