My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, trusting space grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship—one that is unconditional, judgment-free, and deeply healing. I specialize in helping individuals who feel trapped by the lasting effects of trauma, difficult childhoods, grief and loss, unhealthy relationships, and adult victimization. I walk alongside my clients through every stage of healing, supporting them as they work toward relief from anxiety, panic, and severe trauma, and helping them regain a sense of peace, strength, and hope. I am specially trained and experienced in the treatment of CPTSD, including trauma related to sexual and domestic violence. I utilize an integrative, client-centered approach, focusing on the client's pace. I am committed to supporting recovery from profound trauma and working toward living with greater stability, resiliency, and freedom from anxiety.
