You're not alone or broken. I work with adults who experience depression, anxiety, adhd, complex post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, and more. Many, but not all, of my clients are connected to universities as students, faculty, or staff and also hold multiple marginalized identities. My approach works from the belief that symptoms are often related to previous experiences, and that developing new understandings of those experiences are the keys to creating lasting change. Additionally, the therapeutic relationship is viewed as an important tool for understanding the ways clients attach to and communicate with others.
