I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist who specializes in helping people dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, pregnancy/postpartum/early parenting, substance abuse, self esteem and relationship issues. I provide clients with hope, and a safe environment to discuss the areas of their life which they are ready to work on and change. I recognize the significant influence that every person's past has on their present and the therapeutic benefits in exploring this, but I am also committed to assisting my clients in finding concrete and practical solutions to their current struggles and challenges.
