Now more than ever people are struggling and feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncertain about life. Do you feel disconnected and lost? I provide a safe place for clients to feel heard and understood in their own life experiences. I meet people where they are at, sit with them in their current feelings and emotional states and support them to move through these states. My job is to empower you to harness your inner strengths, develop self-agency through self-regulation, and teach you a few things along the way. As a trauma informed therapist, I honor the uniqueness of each client to promote well-being. We will explore what is getting in the way, missing, and causing distress, while identifying what you need and want most. We will create goals and identify preferable ways of engaging in healing.
