I believe we all grow and move towards reaching our full potential and mental wellness; but sometimes roadblocks or challenges can make us feel stuck. Therapy can help you find the tools and remove the roadblocks. The therapeutic relationship is a safe space to challenge old ways of approaching the world and build skills to be a healthier, happier you. I believe I can collaborate with you on that journey. I work with adolescent to adult clients whose roadblocks include trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience within the LGBTQ+ community and am a strong ally.
