Anxiety, sexual concerns, past traumas, self-doubt and unhelpful communication patterns can leave us feeling stuck. I help people remove the road blocks that keep them from having fulfilling connections with the people who matter most in their lives. I work with couples and individuals to heal from past wounds and move forward with the skills to embrace the present moment. I enjoy working with people as they build the confidence to be more centered and present in their intimate relationships and more comfortable in their relationship with themselves.
