I work collaboratively to help you find what uniquely supports your healing and goals. With experience across ages 7 to 90—as well as with individuals, couples, families, and group, I value meeting each person where they are and tailoring therapy to fit their unique journey. I help couples improve communication, resolve conflict, and rebuild connection through counseling or coaching. Together, we explore patterns that cause disconnection and work toward lasting change. When part of the system feels strained or stuck, supportive guidance can make all the difference.
