I have immediate openings 1pm Tuesday-Thursday and 2pm Wednesday and Thursday: My passion is supporting those struggling to in find their balance in difficult situations. I believe we all have strengths and talents that we can use to overcome our challenges. Often we are feeling so stuck in "survival mode" we can not quiet the noise enough to use what is inherently within us to reach our goals. We are living through a season of challenge and change. My goal is to provide a space to help you learn about your unique responses and stress reactions so that you can respond to challenges, rather than react to them.
