In these unprecedented times, many people find that depression and anxiety have become daily challenges. For others, historic or recent traumas create problems such as flashbacks, anxiety or mistrust in self, others or the world. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I spent the last 30 years providing compassionate and effective psychotherapy to those who struggle with mental health and addictive disorders. I use approaches that include narrative therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge long-held negative beliefs and address maladaptive behaviors that can interfere with our lives.
