For the past 20 years, I’ve worked as an educator and school counselor, supporting children and teens ages 6–18 through some of their most formative and challenging years. That experience has fueled my passion for combining therapeutic insight with educational expertise to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people—including young adults—navigating life’s complexities. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief (including suicide loss and pet loss), divorce, panic, adjustment issues, school and college transitions, ADHD, bullying, self-harm, and chronic illness.
