I'm a Certified IFS Therapist and have been providing IFS therapy since 2012. I mostly work with individuals, adults and older teens who are committed to their growth. I'm open minded, playful and I take your concerns sincerely. I enjoy working with people, particularly those coping with trauma, health issues, LGBTQ+ related struggles, educational issues, neurodivergence, anxiety, and inattention. People develop patterns and ways of being that get stuck and stressful. I assist in helping you gain capacity to shift in the way you want to yet haven’t been able to because sometime internal blocks won’t let you. I can help with those blockages safely, compassionately.
