I often work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many are carrying internal tension, unspoken burdens, or a sense that something needs to change, but aren’t sure where to begin. I understand the desire for a safe space where you don’t have to explain or perform, and where you can bring your whole self. My hope is to offer guidance and support so you can begin to find clarity, healing, and renewed connection.
